Refund & Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing tags may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at support@evoraedit.com or (623)-298-8355. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
3. Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will cover the cost of the item only. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when making the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for items in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and indicate your preferred replacement item.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions to either replace the item or issue a full refund.
