Shipping & Delivery

Evora Edit currently ships to U.S. addresses only. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders, with no minimum order value required. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery usually takes 5–13 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery time from order to door is 6–16 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside our control. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email.

Returns & Customer Support

If an item does not work out, return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns receive return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days, according to our Refund & Return Policy.
