Payment Processing
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully confirmed.
All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Security
All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers. Evora Edit does not have access to your full card details at any time. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant payment providers.
Billing Information
Please ensure your billing address matches the address associated with your payment method. Orders with mismatched billing information may be delayed or canceled to prevent fraudulent activity. If your payment is declined, please verify your billing details or contact your bank before reaching out to us.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, where required by law. The tax amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.
Shipping Charges
Evora Edit offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout or after purchase.
Order Cancellations and Refunds
If your order is canceled by Evora Edit for any reason after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. For customer-initiated cancellations or returns, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
