This page describes how Evora Edit handles payment for orders placed on evoraedit.com.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • PayPal
  • Shop Pay Installments may be available at checkout for eligible orders.

Payment Processing

Payment must be authorized at checkout before your order is processed. If you choose an eligible installment option, your payment schedule and any applicable terms are shown by the provider at checkout.

All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Security

All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption. Evora Edit does not store full card numbers. We retain order, billing, and payment-status information needed to process purchases and provide support, as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant payment providers, including PayPal when selected at checkout.

Billing Information

Please ensure your billing address matches the address associated with your payment method. Orders with mismatched billing information may be delayed or canceled to prevent fraudulent activity. If your payment is declined, please verify your billing details or contact your bank before reaching out to us.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, where required by law. The tax amount shown at checkout is the final amount charged.

Shipping Charges

Evora Edit offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout or after purchase.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

If your order is canceled by Evora Edit for any reason after payment has been collected, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days. For customer-initiated cancellations or returns, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
